Items purchased from A Better Home Store that didn’t work when they arrived; arrived in damaged condition; or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee and associated shipping costs within 15 days of purchase as long as they are in new condition.

Do you offer free shipping?

A Better Home Store can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, we only offer free shipping in the lower-48 United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
